By using World Points and making a payment, you agree to these terms.
What you're paying for
Payments add points to a country's public leaderboard position and, optionally, display a message you write next to your payment. Points are a cosmetic, on-site ranking mechanic only.
No cash value
Points have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, refunded for credit, or transferred for money or goods. Country rankings are determined solely by the total amount voluntarily paid — not by chance, odds, or any random element.
Refunds
Payments are generally final. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us using the address in the site footer, or dispute the charge through PayPal/your card issuer.
Content you submit
You're responsible for the username and message you submit. We may remove any message at our discretion, including (but not limited to) content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, illegal, or otherwise incites hatred against a person or group. Removing a message does not remove or refund the points it earned.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site for fraud, money laundering, or to impersonate others. We may refuse, cancel, or reverse a payment we reasonably believe is fraudulent or abusive.
